This evening at 5:45 p.m. we need to be at the temple to do our initiatory assignment for the year. I am looking forward to it as I have heard things have changed somewhat.
On a different subject Tammy and I are glad that Sarah won on the bachelor last night. For once it seems that the good girl won, so maybe he wasn't such a jerk afterall.
Spring break is coming up in a few weeks and then Brian will be home for a few days. He is looking for a job and will be attending a job fair at the University of Utah before he returns to Taiwan. Krista and Maddy are staying in Taiwan, but in May they will be returning with Krista's parents---who are going over for a visit. Brian will stay until he finishes his contract in July sometime.
Jenni and Ted are in the process of buying a home in Albuquerque. We are excited for them and hope things go okay this time around. It sounds like a nice home. It is located on the West Side and will be a new 3 bedroom. I heard last night that the girls cut each others hair. Juliette cut off Abby's bangs and Abby cut off Juliette's curls. We're hoping for a picture of the damage on their blog.
Cory and Angela are doing well and Tyler is literally growing like a weed. Last Sunday they brought some of Martha's February cake over for us to sample. Boy! Was it ever good. Cory and Angie gave us a "home cooked meal" for a Christmas present last Christmas. They cook for us (and do the dishes) once every month. That has been a special treat and something for us to look forward to.
We are looking forward to Easter this year because Travis and Melanie are coming to visit from Virginia. They are flying to California for Melanie's sisters wedding and then driving a car that they are getting from Melanie's parents. It'll be an adventure as they travel back to Virginia via the car.
As far as my chest pain goes----it still is there somewhat, but not as bad. I'm not sure of the cause, but it's getting better.
Well, that's about all I can think of for now.

Thanks for updating on everyone. I hope you guys have fun tonight. Oh, I still think it's the meatloaf that gave you those heart problems.
That will be so fun for you guys to see Brian and Travis soon. I love to hear everything going on with you all. My boys should be posting our lemon cake adventure really soon. They're trying to make it perfect I think.
Speaking of the good people winning, don't forget The Amazing Race starts tonight! woo hoo!!
I love the amazing race....I'm going to get my popcorn and watch it. Cory actually likes it too. It's one of our favorite shows. I also can't wait to see Julie's Lemon cake.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! I can't believe you told me who won the Bachelor!!!!!!
OHhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Krista, I'm so sorry and I even recorded it for you today. How could I forget? JOKE JOKE............little do you know its a ploy because the weird woman.........she has a surprise for you and Sarah, though you heard winner it may not be what you expect.
is the hatch cake going up on Martha's site? I hope so!
We're not sure if it should go on the Martha Cake site since it's a January cake???... Jordan did finish it yesterday but then somehow erased it and then it wouldn't let us put the pictures on the next time. So...maybe today after school...The youth are going to the temple tonight so hopefully he'll have a chance? It looks so good and it was a fun thing to do even with 5 or so helpers wanting to do it all :)
Looks like you have a secret admirer, Dad.
Speaking of Wikipedia, here's an interesting article I just read about it last week. I didn't even know about it until Cory posted the Meyer Lemon link! haha
