Maddy gave me this nice sidewalk painting kit for fathers day a few weeks ago. Today we had the perfect opportunity to try it out by painting our names and a flower on the driveway. It was fun making a mess. We painted for about an hour and then had more fun washing it off with the hose.
Maddy seemed to enjoy using this little paint roller with water more than using the paint. I provided a bucket of water, this roller and she played by rolling the water onto the sidewalk for quite a while. This is a good activity to keep the kids attention. I'll need to remember this one & it's not too messy.

I've done this and given the kids paintbrushes and spray bottles, then they can paint picture on the house and whatever they want, with no worries!
