Delores Wallace is throwing the rope, which has a golf ball attached at each end of the rope. The object is to wrap the balls around the PVC piping. You get 3 points for a top ringer, 2 of the middle, and 1 point for the bottom of the ladder. Jim Mechlin brought the game down and I ended up buying it from him.

This looks like something I could build and use at mutual. Are the balls really golf balls or are they tennis balls?
They are golf balls. Jim charged me $50.00 for this outfit, but I'm sure you could build it for much less. I'll show it to you when you come up next month. You could have the scouts find the golf balls at the side of a golf course; the next activity could be drilling holes in the balls; finally you could finish it up with the PVC pipe, which you could also relate to plumbing somehow.
