G. Saunders fell and broke his pelvis in 2-3 places yesterday. We are headed to Logan to see him in the Layton hospital. He is 86 years old and not doing well we've been told. We are leaving this morning to go and see him. It's 8:00a.m. here now. Hope everyone is has a good Sunday.
Jenni and Ted, Cory and Angela, and kids were all here yesterday. We had a great time but are suffering the consequences today of eating too many scones. Boy we're they good though, but the scones and Chinese food was a little much for our gallbladders to handle. Tammy and I spent the night groaning with heart burn. Would we do it again? Definitely, but we need a 24 hour recoup time.

Sorry to here about G. Saunders. We'll keep him in our prayers.
He seems to be doing okay. The trip was fast for us, but it is nice that we could go down and come back in the same day.
It's hard to be in a hospital with a fractured pelvis, but given his age he is doing well. They have him heavily sedated with pain meds and have been exercising him in Physical Therapy.
We plan on visiting him again next Friday. Thanks Cel.
