First comes the apology----- as we went to Utah this weekend to see the inside of Jenni and Ted's place, but I forgot to take the camera. I know that this is the ultimate sin and I'll probably never be forgiven, but I thought I'd get that out of the way up front with this blog posting.
My mom went with us. Abby and Juliette call her grandma Joy. That's kinda cute, don't you think? She had a fun time and we stopped at the Maddox on the way home and had MALT. Whoa! It was good.
The inside of Jen and Ted's house is really nice and very colorful with all the rooms painted a different color. There are some repairs that need to be made in the drywall leading to the basement where the Mormon moving company made a big whole with the leg of a sofa. Overall, the house is really nice and we loved seeing it.
We worked outside most of the afternoon and helped move gravel and mow the foot-long grass. We also had hamburgers on the grill with a few hot dogs for the girls and us guys who like to eat more than our share. You know what I mean!
Now, let me get to the picture above. These gloves were picked up for .50, yes that is 50 cents a piece. They are leather and in great condition. I bought all they had after Ted pointed them out to me. It came to just over $8.00 for 17 pair. That's what you would pay for 1 pair for this quality of gloves. Whoa! What a steal. I have given several away already and if you would like me to give you a pair, please respond to this blog posting. (only males need apply and directly related people are only considered. They are very nice work gloves.
Well, that's about all. We had a great time, worked hard, and are paying for it today by being extra tired.

I definitely think Travis needs one or two pair of those nice gloves! I'll make sure he replies! haha Sounds like a fun weekend. Boo to you for not bringing the camera...guess we'll have to wait for Jenni & Ted to post their own pics of the new house.
Awesome deal! Where did you get such a steal? I think Brian definately needs a pair of those work gloves...so he can work harder!!! Oh, and really...no pictures of Jenni and Ted's house?? We are dying out here! And tell them we too have been affected by the Mormon Moving Company...they scratched up our walls going into the basement something fierce! They also broke one of our bookcases. Oh well, the price was right!
Next time we're in Idaho, I think Celestine could definitely use a pair of those gloves. They should keep her hands soft and nice.
Yeah. Where are those pictures. Maybe someone should post on their blog and ask them. I have heard crazy stories about those mormon moving companies
Per Melanie's previous comments, I will take some glove. Especially if they will keep my hands moist and delicate.
