Getting the coals ready for the bird on the Volcano. Notice the black spots on the deck. I dropped the oven and the lid with coals came off and burned the deck.

1/2 of the turkey was left. Today is a great day for turkey leftovers.

Cory carving the turkey

Tyler is wanting some food too.

Time to eat. The turkey was a little too done, but still tasted great. Soaking it in the oranges and lemons brought a good flavor to it. The dark meat was especially good. Guest included Connie and Mom, Cory, Angela, & Tyler. Desert included pumpkin pie, sour cream pineapple pie, and the apple cobbler. We missed everyone, but were glad we could talk to you'all on the phone. Check out B & K's blog. Krista made the famous pumpkin cheesecake in a toaster oven. Now, how ingenious is that.
Later.
