The end product

This dinner was way better than we thought it would be! May it is because we forgot how good it tasted since last year. This was a 7lb salmon. Originally we were only going to cook 1/2 of it, but we ended up cooking the whole salmon. Good thing because we ate all of it. We are now so full we can hardly walk, but whoa......what a good dinner. This is the first dinner on the grill for this season. It turned out especially well I'm thinking because it was cooked on a low temperature for about 30-45 minutes.

Cory and Angie were going to have dinner at home today, but when they found out what we were having Angie had to come. We are glad they did.

The potato logs were wonderful. We are trying to digest now so that we can make room in our bellies for brownies with strawberries and whipping cream.

I don't know if anyone is interested in knowing what we eat, but seeing this picture will give us some good memories..........just in case we need to do this another time or two this summer.

Hope you'all are having a good Sunday afternoon. Later my friends and fans!
